Our products covers HLDS series electric screw press, fully automatic refractory brick production line, automatic material weighing&feeding system, brick picking&stacking robot, intensive mixer and grinder, etc. Some of our products have got the patent certificates approved by China National Patent Bureau.
We focus on solving the problems for refractory producers, such as difficult employment of operator, high labor cost, high power consumption, low pass rate and low safety security in production. On the other hand, we have improved the automation grade for the whole refractory production process from raw material grinding, to powder mixing, brick molding, to brick picking and stacking. Additionally, in order to reduce the investment in production equipment, we can also modify the old type friction screw press into new electrical screw press.
